|Recommended: YesHave been living here for 2 months now and love it Staff is very friendly and I see maintenance always working The building is very clean Only downside is that if a guest is visiting they have to pay to park every time they visit. Not expensive but it is just a little inconvenient for guest. Overall great place and confident I chose the right apartment to call home

From the initial outreach to view the apartment to everything after move in the staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating. They have made an out of state move less stressful and were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Thank you to Walter and Callie The property is well kept and conveniently located to a lot of major stores. Overall, I am very pleased with the move and look forward to being a resident at Modera
